I am a serial entrepreneur passionate about South East Asia and have been based in Singapore since 2016. My interest for South East Asia, Indonesia in particular, began in 2011 when I started to study Bahasa Indonesia back in Moscow as part of my university studies. In 2014, I got a scholarship and lived in Bali and then Jakarta, where I had an internship with a popular Indonesian media, NET TV. It was then when I decided to relocate to South East Asia and work closely with Indonesia.

In 2018, I started my first business, SGB @singaporeguidebook, a digital platform in Bahasa Indonesia promoting Singapore to the Indonesian travellers. To date, we have partnered with dozens of companies, including Singapore Tourism Board, Klook, Gardens the Bay and others to promote them to the Indonesian travellers to SG.

In 2019, I also ventured into the events space with SGB Events, my second project where we organise private events for luxury brands. To date, we have partnered with brands such as Prada, Givenchy, Chloe, Burberry, Valentino and others.

Before and during Covid-19 pandemic, I have become a virtual assistant and have been assisting various clients with social media management, which allowed me to scale my business revenue even during the pandemic lockdown. Having seen the high demand from businesses for virtual assistants, I have decided to condense all my business and virtual assistant experience and launched an SGB VA online course, where I mentor and train people to become highly skilled virtual assistants.

As a result of this, I have been helping many entrepreneurs from Singapore, Indonesia and overseas to delegate affordably and effectively by hiring virtual assistants from our community.

Endina a fearless risk-taker with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and adventure! She is a true educator at heart, driven by her passion for teaching and coaching across diverse disciplines.

From conducting research and consulting to education and training, Endina’s diverse experiences have given her a unique perspective on various industries and issues. Her unwavering curiosity and genuine interest in people and cultures have also led her to engage in a variety of social and volunteering activities with individuals from all walks of life.

As co-founder of Learn Indonesian Asia (LIA), Endina made major impact in Indonesian language training scene in Singapore in 2015 when the company successfully brought the only Indonesian government proficiency test to be held outside of Indonesia – a major milestone achieved in partnership with the Indonesian Embassy.

Today, LIA continues to collaborate with the Embassy for various other activities.

When she’s not busy with her Indonesian training venture, Endina is occupied with her early childhood music business, Our Music Studio (OMS). Together with a team of highly musical partners, they manage the school located in a prestigious district of Singapore. Their program has been used by many preschools across the island. In addition, she also gives training in and outside Singapore on early childhood topics.

Endina is grateful to be grounded and blessed with a loving husband, two sons, and triplet girls.
